SALES TERMS & ORDER DELIVERY
Nearly all of our products are in stock and will
ship within 48 hours unless notified otherwise.
(Please allow extra time for delivery.)
The "Our Special Day" (OSD) figurines - will ship in 1 week or less.
(Be sure to state wedding
date when ordering.)
Figurines with hair, goatees, and flower
color changes - will ship in 1 week or less.
Animal caketops - will ship in 1 week or less.
(Please allow extra time for delivery.)
We coordinate delivery in time for your wedding date,
however, please note the guidelines above.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, to
the e-mail address provided on your order form,
including your order number and expected shipment date. (Please allow additional
time for delivery.)

2. For Off-line ordering on your

check mark for off-line ordering instead of entering your credit card number,
proceed to end of shopping cart and Print out your order form.
Mail your order form to us, along with your check or money order.
Or Fax your order form to us with your credit card number and expiration date.
NOTE: We do not receive a copy of your off-line order form to our computer,
if you are ordering off-line on your computer,
you must send a copy of the off-line order form to us through mail or fax.

All Continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS insured, no P.O. Boxes please.
We ship UPS Ground (8.95), ** 3-Day Ground (14.95)**, 2 Day Air (22.95) and Next Day Air (39.95)
** If ordering 3-Day Ground (14.95),
please note this does not mean we ship,
or complete delivery to you, within 3 days of your order date.
It means, delivery time will
take 3 days to reach you once it ships from our facility.
Some of our orders require 1 week for customization, see "Order Delivery"
section above.**
(This applies to 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipments as well.)

PRIVACY POLICY
All orders are kept confidential and we do not sell or distribute any
customer or client names to other vendors or solicitors for any reason.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is number one!
If you are not satisfied with your cake top, and need to return it for an exchange or refund, please do so within 15 days after receiving your order.
Use the same box and packaging material (so it is not damaged in shipping). Please copy your order form with a short note of the reason for your return and include it in the package.
Ship insured UPS, Fed. Ex. or U.S. Mail to the same address that is on the shipping label on your package.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns when a request is made after the wedding date.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Sorry, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned items customized with *Special Request Changes, such as long hair, strapless gown, flower color change, etc. Sorry, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
(The 20% restocking fee is calculated on the cost of the figurine, not including the custom changes such as hair or flower color, strapless gown, long hair addition, etc.
*To return a cake
top with Special Request Changes, please contact us before sending it back,
because returns are not honored for all Special Requests Changes cake tops.
PLEASE NOTE - Figurines with skin tone changes are not
returnable.
However, if a product was damaged in shipment or there was an error on our part with your order, please contact us immediately for correction, exact product exchange (see below) or a shipping damage claim.
We reserve the right to provide you with an exact exchange in the unlikely event that any accessory attachment may become detached as a result of delivery handling in lieu of a defective complaint being honored for the product.
For international shipments, we reserve the right to issue you a
minor refund if it becomes necessary for you to reattach an item
that has become detached as a result of delivery handling in lieu
of providing an exact exchange or defective complaint being
honored for the product.
